The Pacific Region is rich in cultural artistic heritages that developed over thousands of years in pockets of relative isolation. Even though we have now entered the 21st century, the Pacific Region covers more of the planet's surface area than most continents have land, so that sense of relative isolation for the islands continues to this day. Through technology we can reach out and bridge the physical space that divides us and share our art, our hopes, and our dreams with the world.
